Last night's rehearsal with the orchestra went well-- hopefully that will continue. I took 268 pictures during dress rehearsal last night. Whew.

And now for a list of good things, and bad things.

Good thing: This show doesn't have a lot for me to do backstage during the performance.
Bad thing: But there is a LOT to do before the show. There are eleventy-million props this year (I am the "prop" person) and about 80% of them are only used once--in an overture before the show.

Good thing: There aren't many costume changes for the cast at intermission--maybe none.
Bad thing: That means they tend to mill around backstage and get in the way.

Good thing: There are no scenery changes we have to have the cast do during intermission in this show.
Bad thing: That means they tend to mill around backstage and get in the way.

Good thing: Only one and a half days of school left for kids.
Bad thing: What bad thing?
