I hear there's a big load of snow headed our way. Great-- it's spring break and we get a ton of snow. Very funny.

Went to the Big Ass Minority Buffet for lunch after bfg's voice lesson. I ate too much, I knew I eating too much, and didn't care until we were done. Then I cared. Bleh. We usually go on Sunday nights-- but at this time there were different menu items than usual. Biscuits and gravy, hash browns, chicken and dumpling, orange chicken ( which seemed like sweet and sour chicken to me).

Tonight we went to the opera up at the Big Party Town That Pretends It's a College Town--we saw La Nozze de Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro). It was good, I enjoyed it, but with four acts it was about one act too long for me. There was a tall guy in the seat in front of me so when he sat up straight I couldn't see much of anything. It was also in Italian with super titles-- after three acts I just watched the actors, looked at the costumes, made a grocery list in my head, etc. I did enjoy it, but I felt crowded in my seat, couldn't see much for part of the show, and wasn't sad when it was over. And it was raining walking across campus to the auditorium, and freezing cold walking back to the car afterwards. Right before the show started I realized I had lost my bracelet--it has a magnetic closure and must have dropped off at some point. I kept an eye out for it on the way back to the car, but no luck.

And now it's time to sleep.
