Okay, you can stick a fork in me. I'm done. For the night, that is.
I had planned to hit the Big Warehouse Place this afternoon but was really dreading it because on "Saturday's" (see previous post for apostrophe info) there are so many people there you can hardly move around. It didn't take much thought to change my mind--especially since I had the very last first-season episode of Those Wacky Wives on Wisteria left to watch. I was going to spend at least an hour organizing my scrapbook stuff to take tonight, so why not watch while organizing? Did Mike actually leave Paul in the quarry? Is Felicia going to make it? Does Lynette really go back to work? Does George the Pharmacist get caught for killing Rex? And NO I don't really want the answers-- I'm just thinking out loud.
I did go scrapbook for awhile tonight-- started at 4:30 and packed it up at 9:30. I was getting too tired to even focus and was starting to develop a headache. Sitting in those chairs is tough for all those hours, too. My back starts to ache-- I do get up every hour and walk around and stretch, but after so long I just wanted to come home and put on my jammies.
I did get a lot done-- got my "friends" pages caught up, got the pages of the "lost" school year completed (I found the photos recently), did the pages from the black-tie wedding we went to in January. I had intended to start on my St. Maarten pics, but ran out of steam so thought I'd just sit and sort them. As I was going though them two things happened: 1) I had a lot of great memories come back and 2) I realized how awful the film processing was on most of them. So many of the pictures have poor color quality and a lot of them have that pixelized look around the edges of things in the photo. For a while I was using sn*pfish for all my digital processing, then I switched to Creative Memories processing in the fall. You would NOT believe the difference. So now I think I will have all the SXM ones I want to use in my scrapbook reprinted with CM processing.
So now I'm having a cup of herbal tea and am going take a muscle relaxant, crash on the couch and watch SNL. Usually bfg and I are watching movies or something on Sat nights so I don't watch SNL much but since he is busy this weekend I'm doing my own thing.
*Ahhhhh*
