I was up by 8:30 (hey--that's early these days), went to the gym, had the most wonderful massage ever, stopped at Vita-Meata-Vege-Min cottage and got supplements, protein powder, liquid minerals, and now I'm headed for the shower. Later I'm heading to The Very Expensive Coffee Place for a venti non-fat chai. Who wants to go with me? RR? Hmmm? I know my sister won't go because there's no way she'd part with any $$$ for that.

Off to the shower.
