Spent the day with Funny Laurie today--it's been ages and ages since we did that. Actually, it's been ages and ages since I've even talked to her! She's my scrapbooking buddy most of the time, but we've known each other for longer than I've been scrapbooking.

We spent the morning toodling around downtown Golden (which for you non-Colorado people is "Where the West Began". Lots of little antique stores, restaurants, etc. I think our favorite store was the hardware store that carried everything you could ever be looking for. If they don't have it, I'm thinking you don't really need it. Spent the afternoon at B&N reading stuff, then ate a yummy lunch at Tokyo Joe's. Spent some time at Bed, Bath and Way Way Beyond. What a fun day. I'm worn out, though! :-)
