Nine days. And counting.
Tomorrow starts our Secret Santa exchange at school. We drew names last Monday, so have had a week to get our ideas and start getting things ready. And I have absolutely nothing ready. No. Thing. Nothing. I can't even find the paper with all her likes and info about her. It's going to be a fun week. I'll bet you wish YOU were getting things from me. Yep. I'm really a good Secret Santa.

I'm going scrapbooking tonight. It's a holiday party (of sorts) with the Cr. Mem. unit I'm kind of a part of. I know I'll have a good time, but it's cold. And I'd like to take a nap. Neither of those are good things for scrapbooking. I'm also supposed to take a main dish. I don't have one ready (see Secret Santa above--same idea). Can I stop at McD's and get a bunch of burgers? Would that be tacky? Yum--cold burgers. Just kidding--those things are kinda nasty anyway. I should have made deviled eggs last night. Lately (okay, for awhile now) I've not been very good at long-range planning. I used to be really good at it--to a fault, almost. Now I'm lucky if I have clean clothes each day. And sometimes even that doesn't happen.
