I was up til nearly 2:00 this morning ordering photos at Walgreens (to be mailed) for a couple of people. I can't even express how much I LOVE being able to order photos printed online. For one person, I ordered photos of the production we just did of The Christmas Carol. This person doesn't have a computer, so the cd I made for everyone else wouldn't be helpful.
Now... let's just look at this a little more closely. This person doesn't have a computer. Okay, I find that surprising, but I know it's not completely out of the realm of the real world. However, what I do find completely unbelievable is that this person is the recording secretary of the theatre group I'm in. So when she takes minutes, it's in longhand and we don't ever get copies of the minutes. I find that ridiculous. Apparently, I find it so ridiculous that as of the board meeting last week, she made a motion so that I would be her "assistant" secretary and take notes and make copies for people. Now who's ridiculous.
I spent most of yesterday scrapbooking with a couple of people Funny Laurie and I met at a scrapbooking retreat a couple of years ago. I don't normally do that kind of thing by myself, in fact, I don't do much of anything in the outside world by myself. I went, though, and we had a great time. It was just the three of us and I got a lot done. I think we may make it a more regular thing, which will be great.
This afternoon I'm going to a movie-- and unlike when B and I go, I'll only be seeing one! And the really nice part-- another day off tomorrow. So no Sunday night blues. Hate those blues.
