Friday, Friday, Friday is the same as any other day now.......

The last couple of days have been a little busy, and this morning started out with a huge disappointment which kind of hung over me all day. The best part of the day was meeting B at a restaurant over in an area that used to be our old airport a long time ago, and sharing half-price appetizers in the bar. Deep-fried green beans. Oh my--so yummy. And probably so bad for us. But they WERE green beans--not cheese. That's got to count for something, right? when we walked in I heard someone call my name and it was someone who taught at my school a few years ago--and I never see her anymore. That was a nice surprise.

Tomorrow is pick-up-the-motorcycle day. Since it's not registered yet, he's not going to ride it all weekend (except to get it home), and after that I have a feeling I'll be seeing a little less of the guy. He's already mentioned he's not planning on having passengers on the bike so unless I follow him around in my car, he's on his own. After seeing the "passenger" seat on this bike, I don't think it's really something people want to be riding on anyway. It's pretty small. And my seat...not so small.
