Tonight I :

-got to meet Henry Winkler face-to-face. He's very personable and friendly.

-wore new shows that were strappy sandals and heels, which I never, ever wear, and hope I never, ever have to wear them again. When we left I barely made it to the car--then took my shoes off and didn't put them on again even when we stopped in at 7-11 for a coffee drink.

-got to see a lot of the people I taught with, and when I sat down to start talking to two of them I started weeping because I missed them so much! I'm such an emotional wreck these days. For lots of reasons, but always the same result. I cried on the way to the function because of something B said, then cried on the way home because of something I was talking about. I'm telling you, it's been a cryfest over here for the last week.

-heard from quite a few people at my school...: We really, really miss you".

-have a BIG headache, bigger than I've had in a long time, and I hope it goes away while I am sleeping.

I'm telling you, the time change is devastating for half the people I know. I'm not suggesting that you don't have other reasons to cry, but I'll bet you anything it's compounding it.

We do really, really miss you. and I might cry because I NEVER get invited to that event. Why is it so exclusive anyway? Pft...
