Just got the phone call-- no school tomorrow either! And tomorrow was our last day before break--so it's like getting as couple of extra days for winter break. I guess my Christmas gifts for some staff will have to wait until after break--and I sure will miss getting Donna's baklava and homemade cookies in the lounge.... but it's another day off!

The complex where I live hasn't been plowed at all--I looked out the back door a little while ago and saw someone who had tried to get out and got stuck, and was shoveling their car out. The thought crossed my mind that I should go help them, then the thought went away. Phew--that was close.

The only worry I have-- I hope the power doesn't go out. Now that...would be bad. And really, really cold.
