So.

That's all. Just...so. Two days down, a whole bunch more to go. I had a meeting all morning--away from school, and it ran over almost a half an hour. I didn't mind so much, because I didn't really want to go back to school. When I'm at school there are too many questions, and too many people that want to know things, and too many decisions to make. Away from school is good. It's not necessarily "away from school" that's good. It's "away from work and all of its responsibilities"

About 6:30 tonight I remembered my team was on treat duty tomorrow--so I headed to the Big Warehouse Store That Sells Things in Ridiculously Huge Packages and got strawberries and mini chicken tacos. Those go together, right? I think the mini tacos will disappear pretty quickly (actually, six of them have already disappeared. Go figure). Cocktail food always does. I'll bet cocktails would, too.

My big goal for tomorrow-- take time to make a lunch to take to school. It's been challenging to get back into that routine--even though it wouldn't actually take much time.

I really ask so little of myself. And even then I can't seem to deliver.

Do you make a sandwich and stuff every day? Why don't you just get a bunch of lean cuisines or something and grab one when you head out the door?

I laughed out loud at that and scared the cat. Good one!

I don't really eat frozen dinners--way too high in fat and the sodium is off the chart. I usually just throw some salad stuff together.

I hate making lunches. In fact, I hate eating. What a big waste of time all of it is. Why can't we just sustain ourselves by breathing?
