Busy, busy, busy.

The days and most of the nights have been super busy--schmoozing with publishers to see if they have authors they can recommend for my conference, being schmoozed by publishers that want us to use their authors. Swanky dinner on Tuesday night for a chosen few educators in the Mountain Region--lots of details to share but I need to wait til I have more time to write.

It has definitely been interesting to observe the group dynamics of the people I am am here with. I've tried to be more of an observer than a participant for most of the events--and I think I've learned quite a bit about how each individual interacts with other individuals in this group, and I've learned what I can and can't say to this or that person. It's definitely been a learning experience.

Back home tomorrow--looking forward to seeing She Who Bites. I've missed that little biter.
